S8055R is an 800 V SCR thyristor for heating controls, motor speed control, and power switching. Rated on-state current is 55 A RMS or 35 A average at a case temperature of 90°C.
• Gate Trigger: 1.5 V max., 40 mA max.
• On-State Voltage Drop: 1.8 V max. at 110 A (pulse test)
