Description
H30R1602 (IHW30N160R2) is a 1600 V power IGBT with an integrated diode, designed for induction cookers and soft-switching circuits. Continuous current is rated at 60 A with a 25°C case, or 30 A at 100°C.
• Gate-Emitter Voltage Limits: −20 V to +20 V (absolute maximum)
• On-State Voltage (VCE sat): 1.8 V typical at 15 V gate drive, 30 A, 25°C
