GW39NC60VD is a 600 V power IGBT for inverters, UPS systems, motor drivers, and induction heating. Continuous current is rated at 80 A with a 25°C case, or 40 A at 100°C.

• On-State Voltage (VCE sat): 1.8 V typical at 15 V gate drive, 30 A, 25°C
